How to track your order
- Open the shipping confirmation email from GUNO.
- Select Track my order.
- View the latest delivery status directly on the carrier website.
Tracking has not updated yet?
Carriers can take 24 to 48 hours after dispatch to show the first scan. If there is still no movement after three business days, our support team will be happy to help.
Contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your shipment quickly.
Please never share payment information or passwords when requesting tracking help.
